PROJECT OVERVIEW
Australian Premium Lychees is an internal operations app developed for Sweet Sensations in Australia. The platform was designed to support farm and packhouse workers by enabling fast, accurate data capture throughout the lychee production process — from picking in the orchards to final packing and consignment.
The app provides a digital record of each stage in the fruit’s journey, helping ensure quality control, traceability, and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Our Role
Social Revolution led the UX/UI design of the application, focusing on speed, simplicity, and real-world usability.
The experience was designed specifically for on-site workers, ensuring the interface remained intuitive and efficient even in fast-paced, outdoor, and industrial environments.
The Challenge
Sweet Sensations required a reliable way to track quality and production data across multiple stages of the lychee lifecycle.
Existing manual processes were time-consuming, prone to human error, and difficult to consolidate into meaningful reports.
The challenge was to design an internal system that allowed workers to quickly log data with minimal friction, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full traceability from farm to consignment.
The Solution
We designed a workflow-driven mobile experience that mirrors the natural journey of the lychee — guiding users step by step from harvesting to packing.
The interface prioritises clear actions, minimal input effort, and structured data collection, enabling real-time quality control and improved visibility across operations.
By transforming complex agricultural processes into a simple digital flow, the app supports better decision-making, improved accountability, and higher product standards throughout the supply chain.
